- We’re specifically looking at the quality of your pull requests (PRs) to well-regarded open-source projects. High-quality, accepted PRs will help your application stand out, while low-quality or rejected ones may impact it negatively.
- New to open source? This is your chance to dive in, start contributing, and build a public coding profile that sets you apart.
- Already contributing? Strong, active GitHub profiles will be fast-tracked for interviews as new roles open up.

Training Program
- Every year, a select group of aspiring developers join our Associate Software Engineer Training Program, designed in-house by rtCamp. The program focuses on hands-on learning with real-world tech stacks and practical problem-solving, preparing you to work on global-scale projects.

Application Process
Job hunting can be a challenging endeavor, so we try not to add any mystery. You can expect to hear from us within 30 business days from the date of your application.

We check your application for completeness, missing info and run it through a review checklist.
Interview
You are invited to a Zoom call with an interview panel.
Offer 🎉
We send you a formal offer. This usually arrives within 2-3 days of your interview.
