We are seeking an experienced Content Marketer with a strong background in Quality Engineering (QE) and software testing. This role is critical for driving our content strategy aimed at engaging executives and decision-makers in startups and mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer who can leverage various content formats and channels to generate leads, build brand awareness, and position our services as industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning.
  2. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media updates, webinars, and email campaigns.
  3. Performance Analysis: Utilize tools like Semrush, Salespanel, Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio to monitor content performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of QE, Head of Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and sales strategies.
  5. Lead Generation: Create and optimize content aimed at attracting and converting high-value leads from our target audience.
  6. Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the QE industry through insightful and authoritative content.

Must Haves

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, specifically in the QE/software testing industry.
  2. Tools Proficiency: Expertise in using Semrush, Salespanel(or any CDP), Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio for content performance analysis.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to feedback and collaboration.
  4. Lead Generation Focus: Demonstrated ability to create content that drives lead generation and meets key business objectives.
  5. Cultural Fit: Open to learning, action-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and proactively.

Good to Have

  1. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software testing methodologies and the QE landscape.
  2. SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them in content marketing.
  3. Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
  4. Project Management: Experience in managing content projects from ideation to execution.
