Manage and grow rtCamp’s enterprise accounts from onboarding through long-term expansion. Own renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and account growth while ensuring strong client outcomes and delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own end-to-end management of a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
  2. Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell aligned to client priorities and rtCamp offerings.
  3. Act as the primary owner of senior client relationships and ongoing communication.
  4. Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure execution supports account stability and growth, while uncovering expansion opportunities.
  5. Capture client feedback and coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, for references, case studies, and permissions.
  6. Maintain a forward-looking view of account risks and opportunities.

Must Haves

  1. 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  2. Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
  3. Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
  4. Experience with stakeholder management & relationship building.
  5. Agency or services-led business experience.

Good to Have

  1. Exposure to CMS, platforms, or large-scale digital systems.
  2. Experience working with channel partners in an enterprise environment.
