Manage and grow rtCamp’s enterprise accounts from onboarding through long-term expansion. Own renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and account growth while ensuring strong client outcomes and delivery alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
- Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell aligned to client priorities and rtCamp offerings.
- Act as the primary owner of senior client relationships and ongoing communication.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure execution supports account stability and growth, while uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Capture client feedback and coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, for references, case studies, and permissions.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of account risks and opportunities.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
- Experience with stakeholder management & relationship building.
- Agency or services-led business experience.
Good to Have
- Exposure to CMS, platforms, or large-scale digital systems.
- Experience working with channel partners in an enterprise environment.
